At Bright Stars Kidswear, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time.

Shipping Options & Charges

Prepaid Orders:

  • Free shipping
  • Delivery within 3–5 business days (Tier 1 cities)

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • ₹100 shipping charge
  • Delivery within 3–5 business days (Tier 1 cities)

Delivery timelines may vary for Tier 2/3 cities and remote locations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch. In case of high order volume, shipments may be
delayed slightly.

Order Tracking

Shipment confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp. Tracking details will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

COD Order Confirmation

COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted or the order may be
returned.
